Sim Racers 4 Life welcomes you to another season of our Historic Leagues.
This season we race the Brabham BT44. Fast, handles nice and brakes good. This 1974 car has huge rear wheels and adjustable front and rear wings which can bring a lot of different race strategies.
This time we race in Zolder. This track is very technical and has very little space for relaxation. A small mistake will bring you the the slippery grass and will damage your car against the wall. Though overtaking is not easy here, the short pitlane opens the posibility for different strategies.

Monaco pit rule clarification (As originally posted by Marcel):
- Obviously, you need a 'request pit' button to make a pitstop here, unlike other tracks where you can just enter pit and the red pit spot appears automatically.
- The moment you request pit, the pitlane becomes active for your car. The pit speed limit has then to be taken in account, even if you decide not to pit while it's active.
If you don't pit, but do cross the white line accidentally and break the speed limit (by overtaking someone for example), you'll receive a penalty.
- To serve a drive through or stop and go, you have to request a pit stop. From then, the procedure is as normal. For a drive through, just drive through as you normally would and for a stop and go, you stop at your spot.
- When pitting, stay right of the white line. Obviously, if there's a car in front of you, you need to pass it and cross the line. No penalty will be given. Tuck in again when you can.
- Exiting pit, stay on the right till after T1, especially when there's traffic coming.
- Here's two screenshots to show pit entry, a bit after the blue wall to the right and pit exit, after you passed the diagonal yellow lines on road surface.

This time we race in Kyalami. A very long straight followed by restless medium-fast corners. This track is open to many racing setups and strategies. Low wings for the straights or high wings for the corners? Struggle with no pitstop or pit for fuel and tires in a lighter car? Choices are many, which will be the winner?
