.Could all this change in grip just be because maybe the track has maybe different build up of rubber? Don't know if Tosch has changed anything with grip, he's not said if he has. I just know of the force feed back. I'll have to ask. I feel no difference myself.
I'm hoping the disappearing of cars was just server settings. I saw it was set to 256kps. Last night was the first time you guys had over 10 in the server all week. Has it got any better for you guys today?
Don't know the reason for Jesus's stutter one minute, then none the next try.
Don't forget if we go back to 1.70 then you will not have all my new stuff like, working flag marshalls with yellow and blue flags, pit exit light, spaced out pitboxes, and the big one... no stone kerbs removed.
How's FPS for you guys, same?

I can not get it - my wheel is like totally different. I was running a pretty controlled low 8.0 to high 7.9 or something with very little problem before. now, it took an hour to get one lap and crashed hard on the next. I keep trying the force feedback settings - but can't get it yet. nor a lot of different setups. if I don't hit on it by race time tomorrow, I will not enter this race. have enough trouble staying out of the fast guys way with something I can count on, do not want to screw up someone's race... :-\

I just tried the server with version 1.8 and it seemed OK. I saw the 1.80.1 server, but then it went away. So where's that link to 1.80.1? When I tried to join the version 1.80.1 server, I got the message server connection failed.

I've always wondered if everyone can view the 'members only' forum as it's always quiet in there. This is the first evidence they can't.

It might have been something with my rfactor, mods installed or I don't know, because last night I have short stutters again online with 1.80.1 every 10-20 seconds but nobody else had the same, so I installed rfactor from scratch, installed just 1.80.1, bt20 and sr4l mod and stutters went away, no more stutters

Unfortunately I wasn't able to test with you all. I need your input to help decide which ver we are going to race tonight.
Let me know your thoughts about which ver you would like. I will make a final decision at 16:00 GMT+1 (BST). This will allow enough time to get the server set-up and time for people to make sure they have the right version and mod installed ready for the race.

Me too, seemed to work flawless yesterday. Downside of this probably is you can't 'open' the race to everyone and for example announce it on the ISI-forums as the track isn't released to public yet. But having only 'experienced' league racer on a track like Nords isn't necessarily a bad thing
Wouldn't mind v1.7 though, as I understand there were no problems with the road surface in that version.
The experienced rattling with v1.8 would be a bit annoying for me.

1.80.1 went ok and rattling was solved more or less.
