I have had the same problem with the clutch thingy - you get all excited and forget about easy on the gas, then smash the loud pedal and go NOWHERE! I messed with the clutch settings and gave it more pac - like from 4 to 8, but then your trade off is the driving feel will be different.. but you can give it a try...
hope to see you ALL on sunday. ;D
Go into your player file and make sure you have autolift turned on
Understeer - is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer - is when you hit the wall with the back of the car
Horsepower - is how fast you hit the wall
Torque - is how far you move the wall when you hit it

I checked my player file - it say autoclutch and autoblip: true
my multiplayer files says autoclutch : 1
is all that right?
am I right in thinking that if I do have the problem with full tanks - to set my preload higher in number more??? or, is there something else to check/try??
thanks - jer
Jerry look for AUTO LIFT make sure thats set to true on my player file its underneath AUTO CLUTCH.
As for car settings i have not found any settings that really make it better or worse , it appears to be track related and Lemans is one of the worst , just make sure you lift right off on 1-2 2-3 gearchanges , i am finding its only happening to me at the start , during racing its OK , the diff settings on mine are set to minimum on everything I,m not convinced the diff model is right on this car so i dont use it . Has anyone noted another little oddity with this car and track the fronts start heating up in a striaght line above a certain speed ?

im not using auto lift or blip, it doesnt seem to make a difference to me - other than making the car a bit smoother- it still misses from 1 to 2 if you dont lift manually -if you shift in the 'sweet spot' and have proper gear spacing it hardly ever happens - 1st gear is very often much shorter than 2nd so its unavoidable going 1 -2
i think you can kinda redesign the car abit in the garage ...i dont expect in real life you can change so many things on a 72 lola
my fronts dont seem to heat up in a straight line but they also dont seem to cool enough- under braking they take a real hard hit here at lemans , i had to move my brake bias rearward .
