Just get 6 steel washers for the screws , this will spread the load over the plastic centre and allow you to fasten your wheel back on , may not look pretty but its cheap .

Question is, is the bit of plastic really needed? With steel washers big enough you could skip the plastic (I think?) and tighten directly to the axle although it would look even worse lol. I can imagine the plastic is a bit too slippery even if you tighten the screws really hard.
