Ramon that is an easy fix providing the wiring to the wheel is undamaged .
Just get 6 steel washers for the screws , this will spread the load over the plastic centre and allow you to fasten your wheel back on , may not look pretty but its cheap .

Washer, interesting, I didn't know how they were called.
By the way it looks I also think it can be fixed that easily. I would also add rubber rings between the wheel and the washers to add extra stability.
