I managed my tires pretty well. Even ended up having the four of them still in the green. I was pretty confident of my chances as I saw the cars around were laying rubber on track constantly.
After the second yellow caution I saw the race lap counter was up from 60 to 70 so I started doing maths and calculated I wasn't going to make it on this fuel. It was like 30 laps to the end and I decided I had to lift and coast if I wanted to save fuel and make it to the end. That was going to make things difficult on the battle with Ron. Most of the laps I didn't even use brakes, lifting around the numer "2" signal. That helped me cross the line with a single liter in my tank.
