True, but I used to race in a hard-core NASCAR sim league where we ran full-length races the same as a real guys. The 600-miler was a long slog indeed.
Never did an endurance race with driver swaps, though. I think the longest sportscar race I ever did was our 2.4 Hours of Daytona, run at 10x time scale for the full day-night-day transition.
