Personally, i’m keen to give these cars another season as we’ve never had cars that offer a genuine range of strategies - they’ve always basically been tyre limited and that’s it. If you can conserve your tyres, you do well. If not, you have to pit and lose out. Fuel didn’t come in to it too much and many cars allowed simultaneous tyre and fuelling and the refuel rate was such that you could generally get a free set of tyres with a full tank....
It’s unfortunate that the AI can’t cope well with fuel multiples in these cars - they tend to blast off under boost and then pit early and often.
The day of the week is a real challenge. Weekend races are tricky for those with families and evening races (Uk time) are a fine balance too.
