That seemed to go well - albeit with only a max of five on track.
Pings were low, CPU usage on track was low (spiked a bit on session change, but to be expected). Cruicky didn’t even get session-booted!
I *did* have one strange blip just at the end of one session (Qualy?) - I did disconnect a few seconds before the session but had no problems reconnecting.
For the final race, I chucked a couple of AI in for good measure and it still worked well (although having tested with 15AI earlier in the week, this wasn’t a huge surprise).
Might give it another go next week with more resource-hungry cars/track.
For Wednesdays at least, it appears to be a viable alternative/backup to the paid for servers. Other than for a bit more testing, I don’t want to run it too much longer while we still have them (and I’d prefer we found some funding to keep them running) as it does cost a few quid to feed it electricity.
