I've now test the F2 and it seems to show no signs of tyre wear after 30 laps straight. It's not one I've driven much, is it always like that? Maybe Wim could answer.
You could drive the F2 to the end of the 60 minutes, strangely enough.
The Forumula Renault I will test tonight.
F2, still going strong after 30 laps.
F1 tyres finished after 10 laps

I can

It's true, you don't really notice the wear that much. But you see on the indicators, the tyres are gone and they really are.
The reason you don't notice, in my opinion, is due to the fact this car fits like a glove and after a few laps; it's like an old pair of shoes and you don't make many mistakes with it.
Fact is, that when you get into the pits and get some new rubber; you ARE faster.
Maybe it's because I've driven this car so much, but I do feel the dropoff, mostly as understeer but it's not much.
I DO advise the F2 drivers to get new rubber at least one time; it IS faster.
Good luck in Malaysia guys.
