Use as a base the Oval configuration you can get at the tuning section of the car. Then work on that setup as you like.
Setup the car thinking in the race, that means, look for a setup that looks after the tires and that can lap constantly instead of a setup that will bring you the fastest lap but will overheat the tires after 10 or 20 laps. Race will be long, around 100 to 102 laps in my calculations (depending on the traffic and pitstops), so tires should last at least half of them (also fuel will be at the limit, but considering traffic during the race I guess it will be no problem as some will be saved behind other cars).
