Has something changed with the latest update? I can't drive this car anymore...lol. Maybe it's just the extraordinary slippery tarmac at Nords that requires a totally different setup..? The rear is loose all the time. When going through medium speed corners without touching the throttle I can create oversteer only from using the steering wheel. Really wierd feeling that I have not experienced before. I've tried to add more understeer but doesn't help...maybe I need to add extreme understeer? Well...luckily I have one more week to test.

Definitely it's the track. I get the same difficulties you describe driving here. heavy oversteer and constant battle with the wheel.
To me, probably, practice is over until race day. I'm on my holydays and will leave tomorrow untill the weekend. Let's see how much rubber we find on race day to make final adjustments.

This is all tactics, I know these guys, they say they had no practice at all and then we'll get 30s a lap :-)

This track is eating tyres, after 3 laps they are useless, after 5 laps half thread is missing :S

Maybe change tyre wear? Just saying...

Did 3 laps consecutive all sub 8 min and didn't lose a block on tyre wear indicator - i.e had no discernible wear at all. Barriers seem to be eating suspension components

couple of things I noticed last night..
Mel is faster than me - DARN HIM >
we got the parc ferma thingy back..
speed limit in pit changed from 62 to 37 (be careful sunday if it is still 37)
and, it looked more like a twilight race, not as bright and sunny as the night before. (I need LIGHT - Bud Light will do ;D )

Thanks for the suggestions on power and speed. I will experiment. I just hope I can get the friggin game to play on Sunday with the hit-or-miss Launcher issue I'm struggling with.

Experiencing rattling with my G25 while driving on the brighter tarmac. Haven't tried the earlier versions but I assume its not v1.80 specific.
Some of you guys know a way to reduce this, without setting the filter-value too high?
I wouldn't mind some rattling normally but as it will be 21:00 local time when the race starts it is a case of not getting on my neighbours nerves ;D
